Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

  • We ship within the United States and to most international countries.

  • We do not ship to the European Union (EU).

Subscriptions

  • Subscribers are responsible for shipping cost.

Non-Subscriptions

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and delivery address.

  • Rates are set directly by the carrier; we do not control or mark up these rates.

Media Mail (U.S. only)

  • Media Mail is available as a shipping option, but please note it does not include insurance.

  • If a package is lost or stolen, we cannot replace or refund the order.

  • If a Media Mail package is returned to us, we must pay the return postage. To reship, you will be responsible for covering that return fee plus the cost of new shipping.

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are extremely high and may equal or exceed the cost of the product itself.

  • Any import fees, VAT, or currency conversion fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not cover these expenses.

  • Refusing a package due to customs or VAT charges does not qualify for a refund.

  • You may use a forwarding service (e.g., Stackry, MyUS). However, once your order is marked as delivered to the forwarding service, we are no longer responsible.

Delivery Confirmation

  • If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, we cannot intervene. You will need to file a claim with the carrier directly.

Policy Updates

  • We reserve the right to update or change our shipping policies at any time without prior notice.

Important International Shipping Announcement

Effective December 10, 2024

European Union Residents
Due to the new European Union General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we are no longer able to ship to EU addresses.

Australia Residents
Holiday shipping rates via USPS and UPS have increased dramatically (examples: $48.54 → $113.45, and $190.89 → $423.56). Some expedited services have also been discontinued for certain regions. 

  • If you have a current, unfulfilled order, you may be responsible for any additional postage fees if rates increase further.

  • You may also choose to update your shipping address to a U.S.-based forwarding address and receive a refund for the shipping you have already paid.

  • This issue is affecting select areas (primarily in southeastern Australia). We will notify you directly if your order is impacted.

To All International Residents
We deeply appreciate your support and understanding. While these changes are difficult, they are necessary to ensure sustainable operations. If you currently have an unfulfilled order with us, rest assured, it will be processed and fulfilled as scheduled.

Please note: forwarding services remain an option, but once delivered to them, we are no longer responsible. Additionally, we cannot guarantee how new GPSR rules may apply to forwarded shipments.
