At C2C Book Box, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

Damages & Issues

Our replacement criteria follow the standards of bookstores and book subscription services. If you believe your item qualifies for replacement after reviewing the details below, please email us at help.c2cbookbox@gmail.com.

Imperfections That Qualify for Replacement:
Pages that are missing or torn out
Deep slash across the cover
Detached or split spine
Water damage or wavy pages
Package officially deemed lost by the carrier
Edges or endpages printed upside down
Large holes or rips
Ink bleeding

Imperfections That Do Not Qualify for Replacement:
Minor dents, dings, or scratches that do not affect readability
Misspellings on the cover or inside text
Crushed corners
Torn shrink wrap
Slipcases (provided for shipping protection only and never included in purchase price)
Any other issues we deem non-replaceable

Important Notes:
You must contact us within 2 days of delivery to report damage. Claims made after 5 days will be denied.
If your order is deemed eligible for replacement, you are required to return the damaged copy before a replacement will be sent. This is non-negotiable.
Returns are not accepted on sale items, imperfect items, or gift cards.

 

Subscriptions - Skip/Cancel 

The subscription plan to our services consists of an initial preauthorization (not a charge) of your bank card, followed by recurring periodic charges as agreed to by you. The date of the recurring charges will be specified in the selected subscription plan on our website and in your confirmation email. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial preauthorization and recurring payment feature; and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to deactivation. Cover to Cover Book Box may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly, quarterly, semi-annually) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before Cover to Cover Book Box reasonably could act. To terminate your authorization or change your payment method email help.c2cbookbox@gmail.com.

By subscribing to Cover to Cover Book Box you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until deactivated by you or us, on the subscription terms set out in the application form you have completed. You can deactivate your subscription at any time within the deactivation deadline. You will not be charged for any deactivation. You can re-subscribe at any time following your deactivation, but we reserve the right not to permit re-subscription where we have previously elected to terminate a subscription by you.

Skips:

You are allowed to skip your subscription up to four (4) times per year, with one skip permitted per quarter. Please note that skips do not carry over and will be void at the end of each quarter if unused.

If you choose to skip a month, you will not be eligible for early access to special titles or add-ons for the year. 

To request a skip, you must email us by the 25th of the month prior to your subscription renewal. Requests received after this date cannot be accommodated.

We reserve the right at our absolute discretion not to renew your subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.

For orders of our “Book Subscription Box” Product the goods included in the ordered box will remain unknown until receiving the box. The quantity of items included in your ordered box will be stated on the website and will therefore be considered part of the contract formed upon your purchase of a Book Subscription Box.
